Thailand is undergoing a transition from old style to a modern society. Therefore, companies need to increase staff productivity in order to improve salaries. Computers and technology are making it possible for 1 person to do the same job as 2-3 people before (look at cashier in 7-11 or Tesco Lotus store). Also, with Global Internationalization, it is obvious that English will be the language of business throughout the world, not only for computers, but especially in the tourism and hospitality industry. Therefore we believe that good English language skills will help to improve not only our corporate productivity, but also lifestyle of our staff as well.

We operate SMALL hotels with the highest computer and network technology available to every staff. Therefore we cannot have many different staff responsible for only one job as you would expect in a 500 room hotel. Every Staff needs to be responsible for as many jobs as possible (multi-task) so that you can support each other (teamwork) so that all staff can have days off and holidays without adversely affecting corporate productivity.
